Terms and Conditions for Guest Check-In

Welcome to Saiwa Safari Resort! To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions upon check-in:

1. Check-In & Check-Out

   • Check-In Time: From 12 PM
   • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
   • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Identification & Registration

   • All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID) at check-in.
   • Foreign guests must provide passport details and a valid visa (if applicable).
3. Payment Policy

   • Full payment or a deposit may be required at check-in, depending on the booking terms.
   • Accepted payment methods: Cash (KES/USD), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), or Mobile Money (M-Pesa).
   • A refundable security deposit may be required for incidental charges.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties.
   • No-shows or late cancellations may incur a one-night charge.
5. Resort Rules & Conduct

   • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (to ensure a peaceful environment).
   • Smoking: Only in designated areas; strictly prohibited in rooms.
   • Alcohol & Substance Use: Excessive intoxication or illegal substances are not permitted.
6. Damages & Liability

   • Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property and may be charged accordingly.
   • Saiwa Safari Resort is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
7. Children & Extra Guests

   • Children under 12 years stay free when sharing a room with parents (max 2 children).
   • Extra adult guests may incur additional charges.
8. Pets Policy

   • Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given (service animals exempted).
9. Health & Safety

   • Emergency exits and safety procedures must be followed.
   • First aid assistance is available at the reception.
10. Force Majeure

    • Saiwa Safari Resort is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.) affecting stays.
11. Privacy Policy

    • Guest information is kept confidential and used only for resort operations.
